PV – Invest develops innovative funding plans for private and institutional investors in order to build profitable photovoltaic power plants together with banks and financial institutions. Using renewable energy plays a key role in maintaining the ecological balance, while the democratisation or decentralisation of electricity generation ensures sustainable power supplies.

Whenever a photovoltaic power plant goes online, the local population is supplied with electricity from a renewable energy source. The rising number of photovoltaic power plants drives us closer to grid parity (i.e. same costs for solar power as for electricity from conventional sources), with the result that electricity consumers will also benefit from our investments.

The photovoltaic power plants are built by specialised contractors with a sound reputation in the photovoltaic industry and only taken over by PV – Invest after having undergone careful technical inspection. Not only do the PV power plants have to comply with all the technical standards, but also pass technical due diligence assessments indicating their potential for first-class performance over several years.
MAXIMUM SECURITY FOR YOU AS AN INVESTOR
Sustainable investment also means ensuring that security is a priority. This starts right from when we select the projects and companies involved. As a matter of principle, we work exclusively with renowned European specialists in the field of solar energy. We therefore only accept contractors that have a long-standing, successful track record in building and operating photovoltaic power plants. In addition, the projects are reviewed by banks that operate at an international level and also provide the long-term outside funding.

We naturally obtain all the necessary approvals and permission to build and operate power plants (such as property rights or any easements required for laying cables) and have them entered in the land register. All the legal processes involved undergo a strict due diligence review by reputable international law firms.
RISK MANAGEMENT
We take extensive precautions to protect our facilities. Security includes webcams, online monitoring, microwave fences that detect intruders and theft-proof mountings for the modules. And if anything unforeseeable does occur: the photovoltaic power plants are well insured. We have comprehensive all-risk policies with renowned European underwriters covering all kinds of potential damage up to an appropriate sum. Insurance cover includes fire, storm and water as well as damage from theft, vandalism, earthquakes and force majeure.
