Klagenfurt, 06.03.2023: PV-Invest GmbH has completed the placement of its corporate bonds, the 4.75% PV-Invest Green Bond 2022-2029, (ISIN: AT0000A31LR1) and the floating rate PV-Invest Green Bond 2022-2029 (ISIN: AT0000A31LS9), on Tuesday, 28 February 2023 as scheduled. A total issue volume of around EUR 5.4 million was placed with private and small institutional investors.

The PV-Invest Green Bond 2022-2029, (ISIN: AT0000A31LR1) with a fixed interest rate of 4.75% p.a. was placed in a total issue amount of EUR 4,185,440.00.

The PV-Invest Green Bond 2022-2029 (ISIN: AT0000A31LS9) with a variable interest rate (3-month EURIBOR plus a risk premium of 3% of the nominal value, rounded up to the nearest 1/8%, with a cut-off date of 31 October) was placed in a total issue amount of EUR 1,264,520.00.

The two PV-Invest Green Bonds 2022 will be included in trading on the Vienna MTF (formerly Third Market of the Vienna Stock Exchange).
