Klagenfurt, February 26, 2020. The Green Bond 2019 issued by PV-Invest GmbH, one of the established photovoltaic companies in Austria, was admitted to trading on the Vienna Stock Exchange.

The PV-Invest Green Bond (2019-2026 WKN / ISIN: A2R7GQ / AT0000A2A1L7 & 2019-2029 WKN / ISIN: A2R7GR / AT0000A2A1M5), like the PV-Invest corporate bonds from previous years, were admitted to trading in the Vienna MTF (formerly Third market of the Vienna Stock Exchange). The two bonds (with a term of seven and ten years) started trading in the corporate prime segment as well as the social and green bond segment on February 21, 2020. This allows investors in these bonds to enjoy the greatest possible flexibility and short-term availability of their capital. The public offering of the PV-Invest Green Bond 2019 ended on Friday, January 17, 2020 as scheduled.

A private placement (for an investment of EUR 100,000 or more) is still possible for both PV-Invest Green Bonds until the issue volume of EUR 15 million has been fully exhausted.
