Since its founding, PV-Invest GmbH has been dedicated to producing energy from sustainable sources. Electricity generation using photovoltaics and small hydropower is extremely effective and efficient, and the ecological footprint is small. On average, a PV power plant saved the amount of CO2 generated in the generation of the individual power plant components in the first year of operation.
In addition, photovoltaics is a huge growth market. In order to meet the rapidly increasing demand for environmentally friendly energy, PV-Invest is developing numerous other photovoltaic and hydropower projects in various countries in Central and Southern Europe.
The issue of the bonds enables our corporate mission statement to be realized: the construction and acquisition of new power plants that generate sustainable electricity – thanks to the power of nature.
PROJECT
The net proceeds from the bond issue will primarily be used for the acquisition or construction of new photovoltaic and hydropower plants. The focus here is on the expansion of the pipeline in Italy. The issue of notes will not serve to refinance existing notes of the company
